On one side, the experience and trajectory of the Leiton Palacios family entrepreneurs with more than 27 years of expertise across various industries such as technology retail, household goods, and hospitality. With the same passion for entrepreneurship and diversification, Giovanni Leiton P., a motorsports enthusiast, founded DEPAG MOTORS with the support of his family. For over 16 years, the company has established itself in Costa Rica as a benchmark in the automotive sector, specializing in the commercialization of motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs for work, recreation, and competition, as well as parts and internationally certified workshops with highly skilled teams, representing prestigious global brands.

Adding to this solid foundation, Michael Holigan a seasoned real estate developer with more than 35 years of experience is recognized for his innovative approach to creating exceptional properties.

Widely remembered as the host of the television series Your New House on Discovery Channel, Michael has also made his mark as an owner and sponsor of racing teams in NASCAR and AMA Supercross/Motocross. Today, he channels his passion and expertise into Maranello, a visionary project designed to provide luxury car owners with an unparalleled experience that elevates their automotive lifestyle.

From the friendship and shared passion for vehicles between Michael Holigan and Giovanni Leiton P., TIBU INTERNATIONAL was born the company that supports and drives the brand EV TIBU Luxury Golf Carts, a brand that blends quality, innovation, luxury, and sustainability, leading a new era of premium electric mobility in LSV vehicles.
